Welcome to Carruthers and Luck Estate Agents. Paul Carruthers and Steve Luck have been selling properties in Saltdean and Peacehaven for over 35 years and we have lived in the area all of our lives. We met at the age of 4, yes 4!, went through primary and secondary schools together and then in march 2001, some years later, we joined forces and set up Carruthers and Luck Estate agents.
The aim, simply to provide the very best service.
C & L Lettings was set up in 2007 by Paul Carruthers and Steve Luck to compliment their existing Estate Agency business originally set up in 2001. We are an independent, family run business and our Lettings Department follows the same business ethics as our sales department offering a professional and friendly service tailored to each individual clients needs.
We are based in Peacehaven but cover a wide area including, Rottingdean, Saltdean, Telscombe Cliffs, Peacehaven, Newhaven and Seaford. We deal with all kinds of properties from Studio flats to large family homes and have many quality tenants looking for properties in all price ranges.
C&L Lettings Ltd are members of the Property Ombudsman Lettings scheme and subscribe to their code of practice of which details are available from www.tpos.co.uk or in our office. There is a 12 month timescale for referring disputes.
