• We arrange, renew all compliance and safety certificates

• We will oversee and deal with repairs and maintenance requests

• We aim to complete two property visits per year. 

• We deal with any deposit deductions or arbitration claims

• We will notify utility companies. 

You will pay 14.4% inclusive of vat of the monthly rent. 

Tenancy set up fee of £300.00 inclusive of vat will also apply.
