• Let-Only service is included and in addition we will:  

• Collect rent in line with our Terms and Conditions of Business.

• Arranges Check in Inventory Report.

• Reconciling rent payments

• Deals with rent arrears

• Issues reminders for compliance

• Carry out 12 month rent reviews and Financial Sanctions Checks.

• Provides the Landlord with a monthly rent statement

• The Agent arranges the check-out inventory report and key collection at the check-out

You will pay 9.6% inclusive of vat of the monthly rent. 

Tenancy set up fee of £300.00 inclusive of vat will also apply.
